October Movie Night

On Friday, October 19 at 5:30 p.m., the library will show a film with a suspenseful and haunting atmosphere that is perfect for a Halloween ghost story! While awaiting her husband’s return from WWII, a mother and her two young children reside in a secluded island mansion where they live in constant darkness due to the children’s severe photosensitivity disease. When three mysterious servants arrive at the house, Grace and her family are soon forced to piece together a terrifying puzzle to discover how to free themselves from a dark past slowly creeping its way back into their lives. This movie stars Nicole Kidman, Christopher Eccleston and Fionnula Flanagan. Bring your own drink, the library will provide popcorn. This movie is rated PG-13 and anyone under 13 must have a parent or guardian fill out a permission slip at the front desk.
